Network Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Should be deploying, configuring, and administering routing, switching, wireless and Firewall services
2. Experience in Cisco Meraki devices & Juniper switches
3. Offer support and on-call support for P1/P2 incidents related to L2/L3 services
4. Monitor network performance and health using Merakis dashboard and analytics tools.
5. Troubleshoot and provide solutions for routing issues(BGP, OSP), Spanning tree, Port security, Wireless connectivity, Load balancing issues.
6. Provide support on L1 escalated issues as needed
7. Experience in WAN protocols BGP, OSPF (CCNP Routing & Switching)
8. Oversee lifecycle management of network hardware and software
9. Conduct capacity management and generate reports for in-scope network devices
10. Good Communication Skills, Good Documentation and presentation Skills
11. Experience in performing assessment of Customer WAN Network, identify gaps and recommend Target Architecture
12. Handle tickets, changes and requests in Jira ticketing tool with good knowledge ITIL Process
13. Prepare, review and publish PIR, RCA report for P1 issue
14. Plan Perform N-1 and Vulnerability based IOS/Firmware upgrades
