1 Good understanding of LAN and WAN Technologies

2 Good knowledge and work experience in TCP & UDP protocols and understanding of TCP flags

3 Monitoring the link functionalities and reporting to Team for action

4 Troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN performance, connectivity, and related network problems

5 Requires strong troubleshooting, analytic and diagnostic skills, along with good communication abilities.

6 Performing routine maintenance on network-related components and equipment

7 Hands-on experience in upgrading the Switches & Routers.

8 Good understanding of other network technologies.
