Network Administrator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Network Administrator role based in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the organization's IT infrastructure and networking systems to ensure reliable and secure operations of all office technology.

Qualifications

• B-Tech - IT,Computer - MSC- IT,
• Experience mim 3 years as system administrator
• Certification -CCNA, CCNP or Similer with Micrsoft Certified Server Associate

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Networking
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, and network segmentation
• Experience configuring and managing enterprise firewalls, routers, and switches
• Familiarity with Fortinet, Cisco, or similar enterprise networking equipment
• Experience with VPN configuration and remote access systems
• Understanding of network security practices, firewall policies, and intrusion prevention
• IT Infrastructure
• Experience managing servers, storage systems, and virtualization environments
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Ability to maintain backup systems and disaster recovery procedures
• Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage systems
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and system security
• Ability to monitor system health and performance
• Experience with patch management and system updates
• Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity, hardware, and software issues
• Ability to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools
• Cybersecurity
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and IT security best practices
• Experience implementing endpoint protection, firewall rules, and access control policies
• Experience with server hardware, rack systems, cabling, and structured networking
• Ability to manage UPS systems, power redundancy, and data center equipment
• Experience with VMware / Hyper-V virtualization
• Knowledge of SD-WAN and advanced networking
• Familiarity with Linux server environments
• Experience maintaining enterprise Wi-Fi networks and mesh systems
