2. Wireless (Aruba / Meraki / Cisco)
3. Load Balancer (Kemp)
4. Problem Management, P1, P2, RCA Handling
Good-to-Have
1. SD WAN Experience
2. Cisco ISE
3. Cisco ACI
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Should work in flexible shifts
2 Should be good in troubleshooting issues related to Routing switching and Wireless
3 Should have good experience in preparing/identifying the RCA.
4 Should be able manage shift individually.
