Near Siruseri Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Navalur Post, Siruseri, Chennai 603103, Tamil Nadu

Must Have:

1. Network Design, Routing & Switching, Network Security, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Cisco Certified, Network Documentation, Change Management, Mentorship, Enterprise Network Operations

Good to Have:

1. Ability to utilize critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment while managing several demands.
2. Work with cross-functional teams to create long-lasting apps.
3. Well organized with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision with quick learning skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues

Essential:

• Demonstrate technical ownership of enterprise network infrastructure and guide strategic enhancements.
• Exhibit strong documentation and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Show readiness to support changes on weekends or after hours, ensuring business continuity.
• Actively mentor and coach junior staff, fostering a learning and performance-driven environment.

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
