Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for NetSuite ERP solutions, including licensing, implementation, and support services
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute targeted marketing plans specifically tailored to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in target markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Build and develop strong relationships with Oracle NetSuites internal sales and marketing teams to ensure BONbLOC remains a preferred implementation partner.
  • Understand client business challenges and propose tailored NetSuite solutions
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and NetSuite product updates
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful deal closures
  • Manage the ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to preparing sales proposals, presentations, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Travel to client locations & represent the company at partner events, industry conferences, and Oracle NetSuite gatherings to increase brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 510 years of proven experience in NetSuite sales (ERP / Cloud solutions)
  • Strong understanding of ERP market trends and enterprise technology solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong pipeline management and CRM experience
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global clients
  • Familiarity with NetSuite partner ecosystem and sales cycles
  • Prior experience in consultative or solution-based selling
