Job Description:-

Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimization projects.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
Manage a team of functional consultants and analysts; provide coaching and oversight.
Own NetSuite system design, configuration, and documentation across modules such as Financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, CRM, and Projects.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Define and enforce NetSuite governance, including change management, release cycles, and system integrity.
Oversee and participate in solution architecture, system testing, data migration, and training.
Evaluate and implement process improvements, automation, and system integrations.
Serve as the escalation point for NetSuite-related issues and system performance.
Ensure compliance with financial and audit standards through effective system controls.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
6+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations and post-go-live support.
Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially Financials, SCM, CRM, and Projects.
Strong understanding of business process design and cross-functional workflows.
Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
Experience working with system integrators and third-party tools.
NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) are highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology and industry verticals (e.g., SaaS, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services).
Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (basic), and NetSuite integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo).
PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications or experience managing agile ERP projects.
Experience managing multi-phase ERP rollouts or global NetSuite environments.
