Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong implementation and customization expertise. The candidate should have hands-on experience in NetSuite implementations, data migration, system configuration, and client training.

Key Responsibilities

1. NetSuite Implementation

• Participate in 23 full lifecycle NetSuite implementation projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

2. Customization & Configuration

• Design and customize NetSuite forms, workflows (SuiteFlow), and bundles (SuiteBundler).
• Create and modify custom fields, records, and forms.

3. Data Migration

• Perform data migration from legacy systems using CSV imports.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration processes.

4. System Testing

• Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues.

5. Functional Training

• Provide functional training and documentation to clients and internal teams.

6. Troubleshooting

• Diagnose issues during configuration sessions and research solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.

7. Post-Implementation Support

• Provide ongoing support after implementation.
• Optimize configurations and improve user adoption of NetSuite.

Required Skills

• Strong NetSuite functional consulting experience
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler, and NetSuite customizations
• Knowledge of CSV import and data migration
• Experience with system testing and UAT
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
