Key Responsibilities

Core Development

• Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.x scripts including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, and Suitelet scripts.
• Create and customize records, fields, forms, workflows, and configurations within NetSuite.
• Build and maintain system integrations using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), RESTlets, and other API methods.

Platform Enhancements & Optimization :

• Implement process automation and configuration enhancements to align NetSuite with evolving business needs.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Assess existing configurations and recommend improvements or redesigns for efficiency and scalability.

Testing & Deployment :

• Perform unit testing, system/integration testing, and support UAT cycles in sandbox environments.
• Validate system integrity during NetSuite upgrades and patch releases before production deployment.

Support & Collaboration :

• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues, integration failures, and script-related errors.
• Work closely with consultants, administrators, business analysts, and project managers across the SDLC.
• Assist in creating dashboards, saved searches, analytics, and operational reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

• Handson experience with NetSuite ERP development and SuiteScriptbased backend customizations.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SuiteScript, SQL, and database concepts.
• Experience with custom records, workflows, fields, forms, and scripted automation processes.
• Ability to design and optimize saved searches, formulas, dashboards, and reports.
• Understanding of NetSuite business processes and modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, etc.).
