JD FOR REFERENCE:

Storage Management:

• Manage, configure, and maintain NetApp storage systems, including ONTAP clusters and data protection solutions.
• Perform storage provisioning, de-provisioning, and capacity planning.
• Monitor and optimize storage performance and resolve performance issues.

Backup and Recovery:

• Implement and manage NetApp Snapshots, SnapMirror, and SnapVault for data replication and backups.
• Ensure effective disaster recovery strategies and perform periodic DR drills.

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to NetApp storage.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for storage incidents and escalations.

Upgrades and Patch Management:

• Perform firmware, software upgrades, and patch installations for NetApp storage systems.
• Test and validate changes in staging environments before production deployment.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with infrastructure, network, and application teams to ensure seamless integration of storage solutions.
• Provide recommendations for storage architecture enhancements and scalability.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Generate reports for storage usage, performance metrics, and capacity trends.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement security best practices to protect storage data.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for data protection and storage management.
