Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a NetApp Storage Administrator with strong expertise in managing NetApp storage solutions across hybrid platforms. The role involves administration, automation, monitoring, and optimization of Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) and onprem NetApp systems, ensuring secure, highly available, and costefficient storage services for cloud-native and enterprise workload.
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Delhi Preferred.
Work Mode: Hybrid
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong handson experience to Administer, configure, and manage NetApp storage Netsystems (ONTAP-based systems such as FAS, AFF).
- An understanding of the design and build.
- Experience with AWS FSxN and Azure ANF technologies
- Perform storage provisioning, LUN/volume management, aggregates, and quotas.
- Configure and maintain data protection solutions (Snapshot, SnapMirror, SnapVault)
- Migration from on-premise NAS to FSxN
- Monitor storage performance, capacity planning, and health using Active IQ / OnCommand / System Manager.
- Troubleshoot storage-related incidents and performance issues.
- Perform firmware, ONTAP upgrades, and patching with minimal downtime.
- Manage SAN and NAS environments (FC, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS/SMB).
- Integrate NetApp storage with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, HyperV).
- Support backup and disaster recovery operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and change management processes.
