We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack Technical Lead to join our team. We are looking for Immediate Joiners . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both backend and frontend technologies, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end development of scalable enterprise applications.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 812 years in full-stack development and architecture (.NET Core, ReactJS, Azure, SQL Server)
• Strong command of .NET Framework/Core, C#, Web API, EF Core, OOPS, SOLID principles
• Front-end experience with ReactJS or MVC and REST/API integrations
• Expertise in enterprise software architecture, HLD/LLD, and design patterns
• Advanced SQL skills complex queries, stored procedures
• Experience with NFRs: performance, scalability, security, and usability
• DevOps practices, monitoring tools, and Azure cost optimization
• Hands-on with Azure services (App Services, Functions, SQL, Blob, Key Vault, API Mgmt., Service Bus)
• Familiarity with OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development tools
