.Net Full Stack Developer

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Programmer who also has Data Engineering experience in SSIS, Databricks. The ideal candidate will leverage both traditional software engineering principles and modern data engineering techniques to design, develop, and maintain robust data solutions. This hybrid role is perfect for professionals who have excelled in .NET development and have expanded their skills in cloud-based big data platforms such as SSIS, Databricks, Spark, and the broader Azure Databricks ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Databricks (Spark), integrating various data sources.

- Develop, optimize, and manage data workflows for ingesting, transforming, and loading large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

- Craft and deploy enterprise-grade .NET applications that consume, process, and expose data within distributed environments.

- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver efficient data solutions.

- Automate data quality checks, monitor jobs, and resolve performance bottlenecks.

- Support migration of legacy .NET data solutions to modern data platforms (Databricks, Azure Data Lake, etc.).

- Develop robust documentation and promote reusable code and frameworks.

- Maintain security, privacy, and compliance standards for data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

.NET/.NET Core (C#): 3+ years of professional experience designing and developing applications.

Databricks/Spark: Atleast 1 year of Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing Spark jobs, preferably on SSIS, Databricks platforms.

Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of Azure (Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse)

ETL & Data Pipelines: Solid experience with ETL design, orchestration, and data pipeline implementation.

Programming: Proficiency in Python and/or Scala for data engineering tasks.

SQL, SSIS: Advanced SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing data across different storage technologies.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills for both .NET and distributed data processing environments.

Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling concepts, and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience integrating REST APIs and microservices.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Databricks certification or Microsoft Azure/AWS cloud certifications are a plus.
