Job Opening: .NET Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and modern engineering practices. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, a strong team collaborator, and someone who consistently demonstrates a client centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

•         Design, develop, and maintain high quality applications using .NET Core and C#.

•         Work across the full stack, including backend services, APIs, and UI components.

•         Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.

•         Use Postman and other tools to test, validate, and document APIs.

•         Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best engineering practices.

•         Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

•         Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated build/release processes.

•         Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high impact solutions.

•         Raise risks, blockers, and impediments early to ensure smooth project execution.

•         Bring innovative ideas for improving system performance, development processes, or feature design.

•         Work directly with stakeholders with a strong emphasis on delivering value and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

·       Strong hands on experience with .NET Core, C#, and RESTful API development.

·       Solid understanding of SQL Server, performance tuning, and relational database design.

·       Experience using Postman for API testing.

·       Familiarity with writing unit tests and functional testing.

·       Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).

·       Good understanding of Agile development practices.

·       Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a dynamic team environment.

·       Excellent problem solving skills with a proactive approach to raising impediments.

·       Strong communication skills and a client focused mindset.

Nice to Have

•         Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

•         Knowledge of microservices architecture.

•         Frontend skills (React, Angular, or similar frameworks).

•         Contributions to innovation or process improvements in previous roles.
