Important: This role is strictly for candidates with Airline / Travel / Reservation Portal / Air API domain experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking a .NET Core / Senior Developer with strong experience in airline and travel technology systems . The role involves building and scaling backend services for reservation portals, flight booking engines, and Air/GDS API integrations , ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions supporting real-time travel transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET Core and C#
• Build and manage scalable microservices architecture
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party airline/travel services
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB)
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, API Gateway
• Develop and execute unit tests using NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, product, and DevOps teams
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices

Must-Have Requirements

• Mandatory domain experience in Airline / Travel / Reservation Portals / Air APIs
• Minimum 3 years of strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and C#
• Experience with Entity Framework Core and database design
• Hands-on with MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest)
• Strong knowledge of authentication & authorization (OAuth, JWT, API Gateway)
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of cloud services (AWS preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Candidate must be based in Ahmedabad

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Air APIs / GDS / NDC / LCC systems
• Exposure to high-traffic, real-time booking platforms
• Frontend exposure to React, Angular, or Vue.js
