Job Description

• 6+ years of experience in development/support of .NET web applications (ASP.NET, C#.NET, .NET Core, MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, etc.).
• 4+ years of team lead experience.
• 6+ years of experience with MS SQL.
• 4+ years of experience developing WCF/Web APIs.
• 4+ years of experience with ORM tools (Entity Framework) and LINQ.
• Strong technical/analytical skills for handling production issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• 2+ years of Azure experience.
• 1+ years of DevOps experience.
• 1+ years working with Azure App Services, Logic Apps, App Insights, etc.
• 2+ years of experience handling production deployments and change management processes.
• Proven experience in initiating call bridges for high-priority issues and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Experience mentoring team members and creating SOPs and documentation.
• Proven ability to plan and lead KT sessions.
• Must be able to work night shifts.
• Availability for weekend or after-hours support as needed.
