Roles and Responsibilities

Demonstrates awareness or product positioning and key differentiators

Understand product requirements & vision.

Understand whole product, its modules and the interrelationship between them while being an expert in the assigned component or module.

Demonstrates expert understanding of functional and nonfunctional requirements and their priority within the backlog.

Identify the scope of the work, provide initial estimate and justify the estimate with facts.

Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.

Ability to take ownership of small, medium and large sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members.

Demonstrate the understanding of Agile software development lifecycle and able to distinguish the core inputs and outputs in each cycle.

Leads principles of SDLC and Lean/Agile/XP/TDD/CI/CD methodologies to deliver high quality, secured, and scalable software modules.

Contributes to design discussions. Seek and provide feedback on design and development.

Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices.

Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems.

Demonstrate the ability to make informed technology choices after due diligence and impact assessment.

Drive design reviews, define interfaces between code modules, and applies existing technology to designs.

Promotes transparency by proactively sharing design choices with appropriate audiences, with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness.

Articulate the need for scalability and understand the importance of improving quality through testing.

Be an expert in writing code that meets standards and delivers the desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.

Be an expert in assessing application performance and optimizing/improving it through design and best coding practices.

Be an expert in core data structures as well as algorithms and has the ability to implement them using language of choice.

Expert in writing code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.

Lead pair programming practices and code reviews across the team

Have experience and deep understanding on Banking, finance, Accounting, credits and etc. businesses

Technical Characteristics:

Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, EF Core with a deep understanding of object-oriented principles.

Proficiency in Microservice architecture, Domain Driven Design, Micro-frontends, CQRS, DDD, Multi-tenancy

Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs (REST, Swagger / OPENAPI) and integrating with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL (Primary), MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle

Experience in modern front-end frameworks like TypeScript, React or Angular, Vite, Material UI, Module Federation with a solid understanding of responsive design and user experience best practices.

Proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) tools, Camunda is highly desirable.

Proficiency with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), AWS, Git, Jenkins

Proficiency with Messaging tools such as Dapr, Redis Pub/Sub, Kafka

Proficiency with Caching tools such as Redis

Experience with Content Management tools (such as Alfresco Content) is highly desirable

Experience with Scheduler tools (such as Dolphin Scheduler) is highly desirable

Experience with Git, Jenkins and CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI

Experience withbuilding tools such as Vite (FE), MSBuild, Docker

Experience with observability tools such as Observability: Seq, OpenTelemetry, Zipkin

Proficiency with the API layer in areas like security, custom analytics, throttling, caching, logging

Experience with using server-side data processing technologies such as ELK.

Experience with Security frameworks (e.g., JWT, OATH2)

Have good understanding testing methodologies and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, xUnit, Nsubstitute

Exposure to machine learning concepts or projects is a plus.

Hands on experience of using AI assistant like Copilot to boost productivity is good to have.
