Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Neonatologist based in Kochi. The Neonatologist will be responsible for providing specialized care to newborns, including premature and critically ill infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Primary responsibilities encompass conducting routine check-ups, diagnosing and treating neonatal conditions, managing emergencies, and collaborating closely with pediatricians and other specialists to ensure the best care for newborns. The role also includes engaging in multidisciplinary team discussions and supporting families with compassion and expertise.

Qualifications

• MD / DNB Pediatrics + DM / Fellowship in Neonatology
• Experience: 3-6 years
• Proficiency in Neonatology and Neonatal Intensive Care, with strong expertise in providing advanced care for premature or high-risk newborns
• Competence in Pediatrics, Medicine, and Newborn Care to address a wide range of health conditions in infants
• Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills in neonatal healthcare
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support families
