JD:
- Proven hands-on experience as a performance engineer or SDET with a strong software development background (Java, Python, or similar).
- Deep understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner), and application profiling.
- Proficiency with AWS cloud platform services, including configuring test environments and interpreting cloud-native performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze complex logs, trace calls, and correlate data across distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, performance automation, and integrating tests into cloud-native workflows.
- Demonstrated strength in generating structured, concise, and actionable performance reports and dashboards.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling clear presentation of findings and discussions with varied audiences.
