Job Role: Crypto platform or Trading/Brokerage platform Business Analyst

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Trading/Brokerage/Crypto platforms.

Proven exposure to products such as Quod Financial, Capital Marketing, Horizon, FIS, DirectFN, TCS BaNCS.

Strong understanding of front-to-back brokerage system architecture.

Expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and FIX protocol.

Deep knowledge of market connectivity with exchanges like DFM, ADX, Tadawul.

Solid grasp of institutional equities workflows, including algorithmic trading, high-touch, and low-touch order flows.

Agile delivery experience with tools like JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Proficient in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.

Experience building and integrating RESTful services.

Familiarity with Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture.

Experience in Java, C++, Node & React Js
