Job Description

We are looking for an experienced nCino Business Analyst with 810 years of overall experience , including strong hands-on exposure to nCino Bank Operating System (BOS) and Salesforce , to support banking transformation initiatives.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, optimize banking workflows, and ensure successful implementation of nCino solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a Business Analyst on nCino implementations for retail, commercial, or corporate banking
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
• Translate banking requirements into nCino/Salesforce functional designs
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
• Conduct gap analysis , impact analysis, and solution validation
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management
• Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions
• Ensure alignment with banking regulations, compliance, and best practices
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement

• Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst Certification
• Experience working with global banking clients
