Cadre Management & Mentorship:
Act as the primary liaison between the NCC battalion and the cadets.
Provide direct guidance and mentorship, fostering character, discipline, and leadership qualities.
Train cadets in drill, weapon handling, map reading, and survival skills.
Training & Development:
Organize and oversee training sessions, camps, and adventure activities (trekking, mountaineering).
Instill ideals of selfless service, secular outlook, and spirit of adventure.
Social Responsibility & Nation Building:
Motivate cadets for active participation in social awareness, environmental protection, blood donation, and disaster relief efforts.
Ensure cadets understand their duties towards their institution, society, and the country.
Administrative Duties:
Manage unit administration, including enrollment, attendance, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with NCC rules and regulations.
Leadership Cultivation:
Develop cadets' decision-making skills and ability to lead in all walks of life.
Prepare them to be motivated human resources for the nation.
