Role: National Sales Trainer

Industry : Color Cosmetics

Location: Ahmedabad


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on color cosmetics products, helping customers select items that meet their individual needs.
  • Drive sales by promoting and upselling color cosmetics, skincare, and related products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Support sales initiatives by ensuring consistency across stores and beauty counters.
  • Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns in the region.
  • Monitor sales performance across the region and provide feedback and recommendations to management.
  • Train and mentor store Beauty Advisors and sales teams on color cosmetics products, trends, and application techniques.
  • Ensure all Beauty Advisors are knowledgeable about the latest product offerings, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Conduct regular workshops and product demonstrations for both customers and staff.
  • Monitor and optimize sales operations, ensuring inventory management, product placement, and store displays are aligned with company standards.
  • Oversee the stocking and organization of color cosmetics in stores, ensuring product availability and accurate inventory records.
  • Help streamline processes to improve operational efficiency at respective region, such as product ordering, merchandising, and in-store promotions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by offering personalized beauty consultations and creating lasting relationships with customers.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and regional trends to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and store management to align sales goals and operational priorities.
  • Communicate Sales needs and sales performance to the central operations team and management.
  • Participate in Sales meetings to stay updated on business priorities, product launches, and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A certification in beauty or cosmetology is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in beauty sales, color cosmetics, or a similar retail environment with a focus on operations and sales performance.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of color cosmetics products, application techniques, and beauty trends.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets within a retail or beauty environment.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills to oversee regional store performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and operational best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations within the region and travel as needed.
