Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamicNational/Senior Sales Manager Based at Indore Head Office to lead and scale our retail generic/OTC business across India. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, team builder, and execution-focused leader with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical sales domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategy and execution for generic/OTC division
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large field sales team across regions
- Ensure consistent primary and secondary sales growth
- Develop and monitor sales targets, incentives, and KPIs
- Build and expand distribution and retail penetration
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and HO teams for aligned business planning.
- Ensuring Smooth Payment collections.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least5 years in a Senior leadership role
- Strong exposure togeneric retail/OTC markets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Willing to be based inIndore (HO) and travel extensively across India
