Location: Delhi (HQ) | Coverage: Pan India

Fast-growing company specializing in Testing, Measuring & Monitoring solutions for the power sector. Manufacturer of SF6 Gas Analyzers and provider of advanced diagnostic equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Pan India sales for T&M equipment and diagnostic solutions
Build relationships with utilities, PSUs, OEMs, and service companies
Develop market for SF6 analyzers, testing equipment & monitoring solutions
Establish dealer/channel network across regions
Manage key accounts - NTPC, PGCIL, State Utilities, Private sector
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Revenue Achievement - Annual targets with 25% YoY growth
Market Development - 15+ new accounts annually across utilities & industries
Channel Expansion - Build partner network in all regions
Product Positioning - Promote SF6 analyzers & diagnostic solutions
Team Building - Create & lead regional sales structure
Required Profile
B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred)
8-10 years experience in T&M equipment/power sector sales
Strong network with utilities, testing service providers, OEMs
Experience with diagnostic equipment, condition monitoring, or testing instruments
Understanding of HV testing, gas analysis, predictive maintenance
Ready for 12-15 days travel per month
