Job Description

We are hiring a National Sales Head for one of our clients in the financial services space to lead and scale a large rural and semi-urban distribution network across India.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PAN India rural distribution strategy
  • Drive network expansion and agent activation
  • Deliver revenue growth and productivity targets
  • Manage and scale a large multi-layer field sales organization
  • Lead distributor ecosystem and ensure strong ground execution


Ideal Candidate:

  • 15+ years of experience in rural/semi-urban distribution
  • Proven experience leading large, multi-tier sales teams
  • Strong span of control with hands-on field leadership
  • Background in fintech, banking correspondent networks, microfinance, telecom rural or FMCG rural channels
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and on-ground engagement


This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with deep field execution capability.
