The founders of Chemconcrete consist of six world-renowned professors, fourteen PhD researchers, and eight highly skilled engineers, making it one of the most talented groups in the industry.


They have pioneered the development of Hybrid Admixtures, the most advanced waterproofing admixture technology available today. This innovative solution is more reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly than any traditional admixtures.


The product is at least 60% better than any other product available in the market today. Having achieved rapid success across Australia, the USA, the UK, Europe, and Canada, CHEM CONCRETE has now expanded its footprint into the Indian market.


Role Overview:


The National Sales Head should come with assured sales channel and revenue numbers. He will be responsible for building, executing, and scaling the companys India sales strategy, with a clear focus on revenue growth, market penetration, and premium brand positioning.


As it is a premium product, experience with Xypex, Penetron and Kryton will be appreciated.


This role is designed for a hands-on industry leader who brings:


- Deep technical and commercial understanding of concrete admixtures.


- Strong national-level relationships with buyers and decision-makers.


- The ability to assure and deliver sales numbers.

This is a performance-led role:


- Commission and incentives are significantly higher than industry norms.


- Major component of compensation depends on business generated.


- This role is ideal for professionals confident in their market knowledge, network, and execution capability.


- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment, including experience with government sales.


- Expertise in presales activities, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based selling.


Key Responsibilities:


- Sales & Growth


- Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives


- Drive topline growth across RMC, infrastructure, EPC, and large project segments


- Personally handle and convert key national and strategic accounts


- Ensure strong penetration in premium and performance-driven projects


- Bring deep knowledge of the Indian concrete chemicals market, including:


Competitors and their positioning


Pricing strategies


Buyer behavior and trends.


Provide strategic inputs on:


Product positioning


Market gaps


New opportunities and applications


Network & Relationships:


- Leverage existing relationships with:


RMC owners


Large contractors


Infrastructure developers


Consultants and specifiers


- Build long-term partnerships that translate into sustained business


Team & Execution


- Build, mentor, and lead regional / zonal sales teams


- Set targets, track performance, and ensure accountability


- Work closely with technical, production, and operations teams for seamless execution.


Mandatory Candidate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Strong experience in construction chemicals / concrete admixtures


- Active, credible buyer relationships across multiple regions in India


- Ability to independently generate and close business


Understanding of:

Admixture applications


Competitor products and pricing


- Confidence to commit to realistic sales targets based on market understanding.
