Business Description :

 

National Relationship Manager – Business Correspondent Channel will over in charge of all BC partners across states who are working on leads provided centrally. He will manage a team of 3-4 RMs who will manage individual BC. NRM BC will responsible for overall P&L of accounts acquired through this medium.

Job Role & responsibilities

  1. Manage all national Business Correspondent partners.
  2. Manage a team of 4 RM who will be managing individual entity.
  3. Review the performance of BC minutely for sales and cross sell revenue.
  4. Look for business opportunity by appointment state/National partners to enhance coverage.
  5. Manage the P&L of BC channel.
  6. Training and MIS support to BC partners.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience of channel sales & partner management.
  • Exposure to dealer distribution business.
  • Data driven with exposure to CRM like Salesforce.
  • Relationship management oriented.
  • Excellent communication.
