National Manager - MF & Structured Product-HO & SUPPORT-Third Party Products

Role Overview:
The Product Head – Investments & Capital Markets will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and performance of investment and capital market products. This role involves end-to-end ownership of product innovation, lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will leverage deep market insights and digital capabilities to enhance product offerings, optimize customer experience, and strengthen the bank’s position in the investment and capital markets space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Product Strategy & Roadmap – Develop and execute a strategic vision for investment and capital market products, ensuring alignment with the bank’s growth and revenue objectives.
• Innovate & Enhance Product Offerings – Introduce new investment solutions, including equities, debt instruments, structured products, mutual funds, and alternative investments, based on market trends and customer needs.
• Drive Business Growth & P&L Management – Optimize revenue generation, cost efficiency, and profitability of investment products through data-driven decision-making and strategic pricing.
• Lead Digital Transformation – Integrate digital trading platforms to enhance customer experience and expand digital wealth capabilities.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management – Stay updated with SEBI, RBI, and global regulations, ensuring all investment products comply with legal frameworks and risk policies.
• Enhance Customer Experience – Develop personalized investment solutions by leveraging data analytics, behavioral insights, and omnichannel engagement strategies
• Strengthen Market Positioning – Conduct competitive benchmarking, identify emerging market opportunities, and develop innovative go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders – Work closely with sales, treasury, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of investment strategies and business alignment.
• Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams – Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and customer-centricity in investment product management.
