Role Overview

Youll own and drive the entire Digital Commerce business - from revenue growth and platform partnerships to campaign execution and profitability.

This is a high-impact role where youll work closely with internal teams and platform partners to build and scale the brand across marketplaces.

What Were Looking For

• 612 years of experience in E-commerce / Q-commerce / Marketplace roles
• Strong background in FMCG (Food / Beverages / Snacking preferred)
• Hands-on experience managing Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart / Amazon / Flipkart
• Strong commercial acumen + P&L ownership
• Data-driven mindset with ability to drive growth

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Managing key platforms: Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket
• Driving sales, revenue & P&L for digital channels
• Building and executing Joint Business Plans (JBP)
• Leading visibility campaigns, promotions & new launches
• Optimizing pricing, assortment & inventory planning
• Working with marketing on SEO, ads, and platform visibility
• Using data & analytics to improve performance and conversions
