AI Workshop Hub is a B2B learning platform that delivers live AI skill workshops to organisations. We run weekly 1-hour sessions for teams of 530 employees, with new batch cohorts launching every 15 days. We work with organisations across technology, education, healthcare, finance, and other industries.
We are looking for an Institute Director the person who will build this from the ground up. You will be responsible for acquiring the first 10 client organisations, onboarding trainers, running weekly sessions, and managing all operations. This is not an execution role with a playbook handed to you. You will write the playbook.
Identify and approach HR heads, L&D managers, and founders of small-to-mid organisations in your network and beyond
Pitch and close AI workshop subscriptions (3,0008,000/month per org depending on tier)
Build relationships with industry associations, startup communities, co-working spaces, and educational institutions to generate leads
Target: 10 client organisations within 90 days of joining
Represent AI Workshop Hub at relevant events, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp communities
Manage the 15-day batch launch cycle: open enrollment, assign trainers, confirm sessions, send communications
Operate the AI Workshop Hub platform daily track enrollments, payments, attendance, and AI alerts
Ensure every session runs on time with the correct Zoom link, trainer, and materials
Monitor and follow up on payment dues. Coordinate with org contacts for on-time payment
Generate monthly invoices for all client organisations
Onboard 35 trainers within the first 30 days (mix of OLL staff and freelancers)
Assign trainers to batches based on expertise, availability, and performance
Maintain a backup trainer for every active batch
Collect session feedback and maintain trainer quality scores
Coordinate trainer payouts at end of each month
24 years of experience in any combination of: edtech sales, B2B sales, training coordination, business development, or startup operations
Demonstrated ability to sell a subscription product or service to organisations (not individuals)
Comfortable using digital platforms, dashboards, WhatsApp Business, and basic productivity tools
Strong written and spoken communication in English and Hindi (regional language a bonus)
Self-starter who can work without hand-holding
Prior experience running a training, coaching, or workshop program
Existing network of HR managers, L&D heads, or founders in any industry
Prior exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, prompt engineering)
- Experience using CRM tools or operations platforms
