Job Description

Talentiser is looking for a National Head of Sales to own and scale the revenue engine for a high-growth, tech-enabled lending platform focused on expanding credit access through strong DSA and BC models. This is a high-impact leadership role with complete ownership of national sales strategy, revenue targets, partner activation, and large-scale team building. The role will lead the transition from a tech-first approach to a strong physical distribution footprint across North India.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth Leadership

  • Build and execute a unified national sales strategy across products and regions
  • Own annual business planning including targets, budgets, hiring, and expansion
  • Identify new growth opportunities using market intelligence and technology

Revenue & Partner Activation

  • Activate and scale DSA, BC, and co-lending partnerships
  • Drive consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Manage CXO-level relationships with 70+ lending partners

People & Culture

  • Build a multi-layered sales structure (Zonal, Regional, Cluster, Branch)
  • Set aggressive KPIs and drive a high-performance, execution-focused culture
  • Develop future leaders and retain top-performing talent

Operational Discipline

  • Ensure compliance with NBFC and RBI guidelines
  • Partner with Credit, Risk, and Collections to protect margins and portfolio quality
  • Leverage MIS and data dashboards for real-time decision-making

Key Metrics for Success

  • National sales target achievement across all products
  • Portfolio health and NPA control
  • Hiring velocity and team productivity
  • Market share growth in priority segments

Candidate Profile

  • 1218 years of experience in Retail Loans, Subprime Mortgage, or Unsecured Lending
  • Mandatory experience in loan distribution via DSA / BC channels
  • Strong track record of scaling sales teams and physical distribution networks
  • MBA preferred (exceptional performance can override)
  • Startup mindset with a strong bias for execution and results
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as a core part of the role
