Our client is a national provider of recruitment, contractor and managed personnel services.

Specifically, your responsibilities include:

Developing new business - 50%

Managing existing accounts - 50%

The ideal experience to enable success in this role includes the following:

Demonstrated experience and capability to win over new business and successfully manage top tier accounts with complex requirements

Hands-on management / collaboration style with an understanding that your success is built on the strength of your team and your team work

Initiative and vision to drive success to the next level

Sound financial understanding, negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen

Natural flair for developing key strategic relationships

Tenacious, exuberant, open-minded, fair and driven
