This is a full-time on-site role based at Lulu Mall, Kochi, for the position of Nakshathra Founding Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting clients in selecting jewellery pieces, explaining product details, and addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities also include maintaining displays, meeting sales goals, and building strong customer relationships to uphold Nakshathra's premium brand reputation. The role involves collaborating with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly and contributing to achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with diverse customers
• Proven ability in customer service, sales, and providing tailored product recommendations
• Knowledge of jewellery products, their quality standards, and craftsmanship is preferred
• Problem-solving, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to driving sales
• A professional, customer-centric attitude with a passion for luxury retail
• Prior experience in jewellery sales or related industries is a plus
• Flexibility to work on-site in Kochi and fulfill shift-based working requirements
