MYP Coordinator

The MYP Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The coordinator will oversee the implementation and development of the Middle Years Programme (MYP), ensuring alignment with the IB philosophy. Key responsibilities include supporting teachers in curriculum planning and execution, facilitating professional development, assisting with student assessments, and maintaining compliance with IB guidelines. The coordinator will act as a mentor to faculty, foster a culture of inquiry-based learning, and liaise with the IB organization as necessary. Additional responsibilities encompass collaborating with leadership teams to achieve academic and institutional goals.

• In-depth knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme and specifically the MYP framework
• Experience in curriculum development, pedagogical leadership, and assessment strategies
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and organizational skills
• Strong mentoring and professional development abilities for supporting and guiding educators
• Proficiency in fostering inquiry-based learning and global perspectives
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Previous experience as an MYP educator or coordinator is highly desirable
