My AI shadow

Im hiring for a role that doesnt have a traditional job title.

I need an AI-native shadow. Someone whos by my side all day in meetings, on calls, on the road whose entire job is to keep me at the frontier of AI.

Let me explain.

Im a co-founder at Lenskart. I understand business. I understand what AI is capable of at a strategic level. But the landscape is moving at lightspeed, and I want someone whose full-time job is to be my plug into the AI world.

Not a consultant I meet once a week.

Not a newsletter I skim over coffee.

A person. In the room. Every day.

Heres what this looks like:

You wake up and know what dropped in AI overnight new models, tools, papers, startups. You tell me what matters and why.

You sit in my meetings and listen through an AI-native filter constantly connecting what were discussing to whats now possible.

You coach me. Push me to go deeper. Hands-on with tools, frameworks, even code. We learn together you bring the technical depth, I bring the business context.

When I ask can AI do this for our stores, our supply chain, our customers? you dont just say yes or no. You prototype it. You find the right people. You turn curiosity into clarity.

You curate, not flood. I dont need 50 links. I need 3 things that matter, with your take on why.

Who you are:

Youre obsessively curious about AI foundation models, agents, computer vision, NLP, open-source, hardware the full landscape. You can hold your own with a researcher but you speak in plain language. Youre ego-light and impact-heavy. Youve probably built something with AI, not just read about it.

This isnt an EA role (though theres overlap). Its an intellectual partnership. Youll have a front-row seat to how decisions get made at a $5B+ newly-public company and your job is to make my thinking sharper, faster, and more AI-native every single day.
