Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strong relationships with MFDs & IFAs

Drive Gross Sales, Net Sales & AUM growth

Increase SIP book and NFO mobilization

Empanel new distributors and activate dormant partners

Conduct regular product presentations and distributor meetings

Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual business targets

(Senior roles will handle team management, regional strategy, and overall state-level performance.)

Candidate Profile

Experience in Mutual Fund / AMC / Wealth Distribution Sales

Strong network in MFD / IFA channel preferred

NISM Certification Mandatory

Good communication & negotiation skills

Target-driven with strong market understanding
