PaRa Music is looking for fresh graduates or those with 1 year of experience who are passionate about music and digital media to join our team full-time. This role is designed as a learning and development opportunity, where you will be trained and rotated across key departments to build a strong understanding of the music business.

• Coordinate with music producers and artists to track song deliveries
• Help manage music assets, including audio, video, artwork, and lyrics
• Support the planning and release of songs across digital platforms
• Assist with YouTube uploads, metadata, and channel operations
• Maintain content trackers and organise music libraries
• Work closely with content, marketing, and digital teams

• Structured exposure across content, YouTube, digital distribution, and operations
• Rotation across departments to understand different aspects of the music business
• Hands-on training with internal teams and industry tools
• Opportunity to develop long-term skills in the music and digital content ecosystem

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Strong interest in music, entertainment, and digital media
• Highly organised and eager to learn
• Basic understanding of YouTube and social platforms is a plus
