Museum Curator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Museum Curator based in Pune. The Museum Curator will oversee the management and conservation of museum collections, plan and execute exhibitions and displays, and develop educational programs for visitors. The role will involve researching, acquiring, and cataloging new artifacts, coordinating with other team members for exhibit designs and preservation activities, and engaging with the public to enhance their museum experience. Additionally, the curator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to ethical museum practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Collections Management and Museum Collections handling
• Strong knowledge of Museology and cricket
• Exceptional organizational and research skills
• Excellent communication and presentations skills for engaging with diverse audiences
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Museum Studies, Sports Management or a related field
• Experience in exhibition planning and artifact preservation is a plus
