Mumbai - City Head

The City Head - Mumbai will own the overall P&L, revenue growth, and operational excellence for the Mumbai business. Ensuring strong cost management, digital growth, rider experience, and stakeholder alignment across the city.

This is a high-ownership leadership role that demands strategic thinking, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive teams toward aggressive growth targets.

- Drive city revenue growth and ensure strong P&L management.

- Increase digital penetration.

- Operational Excellence

- Ensure 98%+ accuracy in daily AAD reports and continuously enhance App adoption & rider experience.

- Maintain strict adherence to all reports, reconciliations, and internal SOPs for stakeholder management.

- Stakeholder & Team Management

- Build, align, and lead high-performance teams across operations, tech, and partner stakeholders.

- Work closely with government bodies, transport stakeholders, and external partners to drive city initiatives.
