About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Multimedia Producer to join our growing digital content team. The ideal candidate should have experience in video journalism, digital storytelling, news production, and video editing. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, and editing engaging multimedia content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, script, shoot, and edit multimedia stories for digital and broadcast platforms.

• Coordinate with reporters and editors to develop visual narratives that enhance news storytelling.

• Work on both field and studio-based video content including interviews, explainers, and feature stories.

• Edit content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.

• Manage social media publishing and optimize content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Stay updated with digital trends, audience preferences, and platform algorithms.

• Collaborate across departments including editorial, graphics, and marketing teams to execute high-impact projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in video production, journalism, or digital media.

• Proficiency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).

• Expertise in video editing tools (Adobe Suite preferred).

• Strong storytelling and scripting skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in ground reporting is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field

• Exposure to anchor-based or on-screen roles is a bonus.
