Were looking for aMultimedia Producer who canown content end-to-end fromidea to distribution and understands how storytelling, production quality, and platform strategy come together to drive real performance. Role Overview
- As aMultimedia Producer , you will:
- Decidecontent formats, storytelling style, and platform strategy
- Ownend-to-end production acrossvideo, audio, graphics, and social
- Coordinate witheditors, designers, hosts, marketing, and growth teams
- Manageshoots, post-production workflows, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure every piece of content aligns withbrand voice, audience intent, and performance goals
- Regularly analyzemetrics (views, retention, CTR) and iterate to improve output
- Be camera-friendly and comfortable collaborating closely with on-screen talent
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Ideation
- Developlong-form and short-form content formats
- Storyboard and script forYouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, and ads
- Translate complex ideas intoengaging, platform-native narratives
Production Management
- Lead shoots and oversee execution
- Ensurecamera angles, lighting, background, and teleprompter are set correctly
- Monitoraudio levels, background noise, and visual consistency
- Maintain production quality aligned with brand standards
Post-Production Oversight
- Oversee editors to ensure strong pacing and storytelling
- Review cuts with a focus onretention, clarity, and engagement
- Ensure assets are properly organized and workflows are efficient
Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze key performance metrics:
- Average View Duration (AVD)
- Retention
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Consistency
- Subscriber Growth
- Use insights to refine content formats, hooks, and packaging
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strongstorytelling mastery for bothlong-form and short-form content
- Hands-on experience invideo & audio production
- Sharpediting sense (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
- Deepplatform knowledge (Priority:YouTube , thenInstagram, TikTok, Ads )
- Experience withbranded content
- Solid understanding ofYouTube Studio & Instagram analytics
- Ability to think bothcreatively and analytically
- Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Comfortable beingcamera-friendly
- Experience working withthumbnails, titles, and A/B testing
- Understanding ofgrowth-led content strategies
