We're hiring: Multimedia Designer (3 positions) | Vijaynagar, Bengaluru | Hybrid

What you'll actually do

• Design social media graphics, ads, and brand assets that don't look like templates.
• Edit videos and reels for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn - fast, clean, platform-native.
• Collaborate with strategists and writers to turn ideas into visuals that perform.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, Canva AI) to move faster without cutting corners.
• Keep brand consistency tight across multiple clients.
• Ship work on time. Every time.

Required Skills and Experience

• Have 3+ years designing and editing professionally - with a portfolio that proves it.
• Know Adobe inside out: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Understand that "good enough" isn't good enough.
• Aren't precious about feedback - you take it, apply it, and get better.
• Stay curious about trends, tools, and what's working on social right now.
• Can juggle multiple brands without letting quality slip.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have agency experience (you know the pace).
• Geek out over motion graphics, typography, or brand storytelling.
• Already use AI tools in your workflow - and have opinions about them.
