Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong Multimedia Designer to produce high-quality visual and video content that elevates the Indofast brand across online and offline touchpoints.
This role requires someone with strong fundamentals in design, a good aesthetic sense, and hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, and 3D/visualisation.
You will work closely with the marketing, branding, and events teams to create compelling assets that bring our brand to lifefrom swap-station branding to social media videos and event visuals.
This is not a fresher role. We are looking for someone who can independently take a brief, ideate, execute, and deliver high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Design & Branding
- Create complete brand design for all new and existing swapping stations, including external branding, internal branding, safety signage, notices, instructional graphics, wayfinding elements, and any other on-site brand assets.
- Coordinate with vendors and fabricators for clear briefing on brand implementation
- Record keeping of brand implementation in customer touch point
- Work with marketing & offline teams to translate brand guidelines into real-world installations.
- Design for print, OOH, event backdrops, kiosks, standees, brochure, flyer etc.
- Contribute to the refinement and evolution of visual identity elements where needed.
2. Video & Motion Graphics
- Shoot, edit, and produce videos for social media, events, and brand campaigns .
- Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and product showcase videos.
- Develop reels, shorts, and other short-form video content.
3. Asset Development
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate & onboard vendors for photography, videography, 3D rendering, and other creative production needs
- Develop in-house high-quality brand assets, including photographs, videos, motion graphics, and other multimedia content
- Coordinate end-to-end production with external agencies and freelancers from briefing to execution to final delivery.
- Be physically present on-site during photo and video shoots to supervise framing, angles, branding visibility, and ensure output meets brand standards.
4. Social Media & Content Assets
- Produce high-quality graphics, carousels, and video snippets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Maintain consistent visual identity across all channels.
- Support website maintenance and updates by creating and uploading banners, visuals, graphics, and content sections as required.
5. Event & On-Ground Marketing Support
- Develop event creatives, booth designs, visual layouts, and brand collaterals.
- Assist teams with on-ground requirements including file submissions and vendor-ready artworks.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer, Content Lead, online and Offline Marketing Managers.
- Translate briefs into creative outputs quickly and efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, Digital Media , or related fields from a reputed institute.
- (Preferred institutes: NID, NIFT, IIT IDC, Srishti, MIT ID, Pearl Academy, Symbiosis, etc.)
Experience
- 25 years of professional experience in multimedia design (agency or brand-side).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia work.
- Experience working with marketing or branding teams is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) strong command required
- Figma or similar tools added advantage
- 3D tools such as Blender / KeyShot / Cinema4D / SketchUp good to have, not mandatory
- Experience with rendering engines
- Knowledge of print and fabrication standards
- Open to receiving feedback and iterating on multiple design changes to achieve the desired outcome.
- Experience with modern no-code website tools like Framer for updating and managing web pages.

- Strong aesthetic sense and creative judgment
