We are seeking a curious, hands-on content creator who loves to experiment with AI tools and multimedia formats.

This is not a traditional marketing content role. We're looking for someone eager to explore new ways of crafting engaging content across video, visual, audio, and text using generative AI and digital tools.

This is not a narrowly defined role. Were looking for creators who can support regional client teams with multimedia content that enhances storytelling, strengthens client engagement, and contributes to project-winning efforts.

Who You Are

• A visual and multimedia storyteller excited by the possibilities of AI in content creation.
• A digital native or early adopter with a strong experimental mindset, actively exploring new AI tools and workflows.
• Curious about emerging content formats such as short video, motion graphics, interactive media, and AI-generated visuals or audio.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also comfortable testing ideas independently.
• Comfortable working in English; Chinese skills are a strong plus.

What Youll Do

• Use AI and digital tools to generate, enhance, and edit multimedia content (videos, visuals, scripts, animations, and more).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to co-create experimental content for social media, internal communications, and global campaigns.
• Prototype and test content ideas using a variety of AI workflows, from idea to delivery.
• Track emerging AI trends and tools in the creative space and suggest new approaches for content development.

What Were Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with AI content tools across multiple media types, including text, image, video, and voice.
• Background or strong interest in multimedia content creation, such as design, motion graphics, video editing, creative writing, or storytelling.
• Familiarity with basic visual content production tools is a plus.
• Comfort with working in a global environment and adapting content for diverse audiences.
• A portfolio showcasing your best work and experiments using AI tools which can include personal projects, prototypes, or past campaign materials.
