Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience specializing in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity solutions.
- Oversee the integration of various systems using MuleSoft Integration.
- Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Application Network to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and implement best practices for MuleSoft development and integration.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of MuleSoft solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot MuleSoft applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on MuleSoft best practices.
- Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MuleSoft technologies and industry trends.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure all MuleSoft solutions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity.
- Have extensive experience in MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network.
- Demonstrate strong skills in IT Consulting and Analytics.
- Exhibit excellent English language skills in reading writing and speaking.
- Show proficiency in developing and implementing MuleSoft best practices.
- Have a proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MuleSoft technologies and industry trends.
