Job Description

Responsibilities


Relevant Experience in Credit Control/Technical Accounting (Booking, Cash Applications & Collections)
Booking Premiums, Claims- validation of ledgers, handling strategic clients, complex calculations- premium & year-end adjustments, monthly audits, updating SOX compliant reports, Ad hoc assignments, handling delinquent reports.
Collections & Cash Applications- sending statements of due balances, validating outgoing payments, net-off arrangements, compliance check and approvals.
Providing technical advice on various audits.
Handling day to day team-related activities.
Client interactions via training, conference calls, emails and messenger service.
Manage MIS activities and look after the process.
Work towards driving improvements in execution and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications


Graduate in Commerce
Experience in Premiums, Cash Application & Collections) preferably in UK market
Insurance/ Reinsurance Domain knowledge
Lean/Six Sigma awareness

Preferred Qualifications


Good Communication Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent analytical ability
High-level attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated delivery of high-quality output.
Ability to work in a changing environment
Ability to form relationships with internal customers in Genpact and very importantly with the client must be seen as a proactive, useful teammate
High customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure
