Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Tester with a focus on MS Dynamics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both functional and non-functional testing, with a commitment to ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute functional and non-functional test cases specifically for MS Dynamics applications and assist in providing demonstrations as part of sprint delivery.
• Collaborate with a team of testers to ensure timely completion of all testing deliverables.
• Participate in verification and validation processes, contributing to the evaluation of testing metrics.
• Understand and apply Agile methodologies.
• Prepare detailed reports on various aspects of software testing and communicate findings to the design team.
• Interact with clients to gather and clarify product requirements specific to MS Dynamics.
• Participate in design reviews, providing input on requirements, product design, and potential issues related to MS Dynamics functionality.

Technical Experience:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in functional and non-functional testing of MS Dynamics applications.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and delivery methodologies.
• Basic understanding of SQL queries with hands-on experience.
• Experience in automation testing, preferably using RSAT or EasyRepro for MS Dynamics.
• Knowledge of software and test design, with the ability to execute tests and analyze results.
• Experience in designing and conducting usability tests .
• Ability to analyze test results and report observations to the design team.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to stay updated on software programming and test design.
