MSBI Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MSBI Developer with a strong foundation in SQL Server development and hands-on experience with SSIS. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for performance tuning and optimization, along with the ability to understand and work with existing codebases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SQL Server solutions.

• Work with Excel-based reporting and data outputs.

• Optimize database performance and write efficient queries.

• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and validation of developed components.

• Quickly analyze and understand existing logic and workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in SQL Server development.

• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Experience with Excel-based reporting.

• Solid understanding of performance tuning and query optimization.

• Good debugging and unit testing practices.

• Ability to learn quickly and understand legacy code.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

• Familiarity with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

• Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
