Were looking for a skilled MS SQL Database Administrator (DBA) with strong hands-on experience in high availability, performance tuning, and database operations to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive monitoring of database logs, events, sessions, queries, latches, and system health
• DR database availability monitoring & log replication tracking
• Database failure detection, incident response, and corrective action
• Configuration, management, and troubleshooting of:
• Always On Availability Groups
• Failover Clustering
• Log Shipping, Replication & Linked Servers
• Database installation, reinstallation, patching, hardening & migrations
• Performance tuning, index rebuilding, defragmentation & capacity planning
• Backup & restoration of databases
• Automating routine DBA tasks and managing scheduled jobs/maintenance plans
• Problem, change, and incident management with trend analysis & reporting
• Monthly availability and performance reporting
• Maintaining up-to-date database environment documentation
